CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than
two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit.
Less
than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
(Winter/snowbird rentals require different
cancellation policy.)
